This notorious kind regime in Afghanistan has suggested yesterday to Russia and Ukraine to settle their respective disputes peacefully.

I never expected from this Thaalibahan such respectful gesture to the world community.

Now is the time to include in the security council some fighters from TALIBAN to discuss peace in Russia-Ukraine fire.

Next Noble Peace Prize is awaiting its abode in Kabul.
